Webinars and Virtual Workshops

We are delivering a series of webinars and virtual workshops in various parts of the world in French, English and Serbian-croatian, early mornings as “team breakfasts” or early evenings as “team aperitifs”.

This webinar series weaves in psychological, philosophical and physical theories and practices we can all learn to be and feel well. These webinars and virtual workshops have been well received by a diverse global audience during covid-19 and the lockdowns, which have created their own set of challenges.

We have distilled what evidence shows is working into simple “Keys” so that you can look after your wellbeing in all circumstances. I have delivered these in French, English and Serbo-Croatian.

Webinar 1 – The Keys To Wellbeing During Adversity and Covid-19

This first webinar has distilled fifty years of research on individual and organisational resilience, growth, emotional, mind-set and body-mind connection principles. It includes findings from my own research and practice and provides 7 principles to reflect and apply to survive and thrive in adversity. Recommended during covid-19.

Webinar 2 – Emotions and Emotional Literacy

The second webinar introduces Emotions and Emotional literacy. Emotional literacy is important because without being able to accurately name our emotions we can not effectively communicate with others and the world at large.

Webinar 3 – Relaxation Techniques For Wellbeing and Mastery of Self

The third webinar offers a series of simple practices and instructions on breathing and relaxation techniques. It is recommended for individuals in the workplace or working from home who wish to start a regular wellbeing practice.

Webinar 4 – Stress: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The fourth webinar looks at stress – the good and the bad – what it is, how it manifests and what it actually is in the workplace offering suggestions to navigate more pressurised times.

Webinar 5 – Understanding Abuse and Coercive Control

The fifth webinar is a much needed introduction to abuse and coercive control – how to spot the signs (within us if we suspect we are abused and externally in the potential perpetrator), understand the perpetrator’s mindset and how to turn things around. It is recommended for people managers and organisations wishing to identify early signs of toxicity within their culture.

Webinar 6 – Toward A Transformative Employee Experience

The sixth webinar explores the hugely transformed employee experience in the fourth industrial era amidst ambiguity, volatility and uncertainty. New concepts are introduced to help employees and managers navigate the new era especially following covid-19.
