The world within is governed by our mind, thoughts, feelings and desires. We can change everything about our life by changing our attitude of mind.

When we discover how to access and harness our own inner power everything changes in and out, including our body.

This is what yogis call ‘the journey of the self’. This is achieved because your consciousness changes when you change your inner world and so the world and everything around you shifts.

In our coaching and online courses, we show you how to achieve this by exploring the below concepts with you in a deep way, intellectually (via lectures) and experientially (through workshop exercises):

  • Inner Wisdom/Inner Knowing/Pure Awareness: inside us there is a still, pure and loving place we can learn to access. Psychologists, philosophers, mindfulness experts have all referred to our innate ability to connect to this place inside. It is known as intuition, inner voice, pure awareness, quiet voice, still place inside, amongst other names.
  • Power of Now & Resilience: when we know how to be in our body here and now, we discover that all experiences help us to learn, grow and love.
  • Ego defences: (thought patterns/beliefs/ego): whilst ego can be used in a healthy way to focus constructively, when we’re not in control, our ego defences tell us lies so we survive & we feel bad
  • Erroneous Beliefs vs Clarity of Mind: what we observe is not always reality. It is what we perceive. Others might not experience what we see.
  • Worthiness & Unconditional regard: we are worthy and good exactly where we are. We can start over now.

When we have touched this still place inside, when we are able to step back and “observe” ourselves, we see that we are not our thoughts and emotions. We are connected mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Our thoughts are in harmony with our body. We are able to live in alignment, fearlessly “from the heart”.
